5. Affiliate Disclosure
FTC Affiliate Disclosure
Better Health for Life participates in affiliate marketing programs. This means that some of the links on the Site are affiliate links. When you click on an affiliate link and take a qualifying action — such as making a purchase, signing up for a service, or viewing a presentation on a partner's website — we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
Our affiliate relationships do not influence the editorial content we publish. However, the presence of affiliate links means that we have a financial incentive to direct you to our partners' products and services. We disclose this relationship in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255).
We only recommend or feature products and services that we believe may be of interest to our readers. However, the decision to purchase any product or service is entirely yours. We encourage you to conduct your own research and consult with a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related purchase or decision.
Specific disclosures regarding affiliate relationships:
- Compensation: we may receive monetary compensation, free products, or other consideration from third-party partners whose products or services are featured, linked, or referenced on the Site.
- No guaranteed outcomes: the inclusion of affiliate links does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of any specific result or outcome from using a partner's product or service.
- Third-party responsibility: once you leave the Site by clicking an affiliate link, you are subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the third-party website. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, practices, or policies of third-party sites.
- Prices and availability: product prices and availability are subject to change. Any pricing information displayed on the Site is provided for informational purposes and may not reflect the current price on the partner's website.
6. Limitation of Liability
The content on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site should be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or a substitute for professional medical consultation. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, health concern, or dietary change. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Better Health for Life, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Site.
- Damages resulting from any conduct or content of any third party on or linked from the Site.
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
- Damages resulting from any product, service, or content obtained through affiliate links or third-party partners featured on the Site.
- Any personal injury, illness, adverse health outcome, or death resulting from your reliance on information obtained through the Site.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Site exceed the amount of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00). The limitations of this section shall apply to any theory of liability, whether based on warranty, contract, statute, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of any such damage.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
7. No Warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Better Health for Life disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing, we do not warrant that:
- The Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- The information, content, or materials included on the Site are accurate, reliable, complete, or current.
- Any defects or errors in the Site will be corrected.
- The Site is free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
- The results that may be obtained from the use of the Site will be accurate, reliable, or meet your expectations.
- Any product, service, or information obtained through affiliate links or third-party partners will meet your requirements or produce any specific outcome.
Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. You are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or mobile device, loss of data, or other harm that results from your use of the Site.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Better Health for Life, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, partners, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your access to or use of the Site.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Site.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Delaware. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Better Health for Life.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also, at our discretion, provide notice of material changes through a prominent announcement on the Site or through other reasonable means.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Site.
